IPE853 – Developed for Fleet Testing and Test Drives under Extreme Conditions
The IPE853 is the ideal data logger for tests under extreme conditions with various vehicles and test profiles, including extensive hot and cold climate test drives during which the complete vehicle as well as its components are being tested. Thanks to the powerful x6425RE processor, the successor of the IPElog2 has a performance index of 2894 for even more efficient complex measurements within the latest CAN FD, LIN, and Ethernet networks. The highly ruggedized and compact logger with the aluminum enclosure meets the protection class IP54 and has a wide temperature range of -40 to 85 °C at a relative humidity of 5 to 95 percent.

The hard- and software system is comprehensive and perfectly harmonized. The data logger software IPEmotion RT guarantees a fast configuration, data collection, and evaluation. The "Plug & Play" configuration is easy and intuitive. The data are automatically collected while driving. If you are using the mobile edition IPEmotion ME of our DAQ software, you can continuously and comfortably visualize all relevant operational data online on tablets and smartphones. The software also provides extensive analysis and visualization features for data evaluation. A direct cloud connection ensures the real-time data transfer to the IPEcloud and their decentralized retrieval.
Scalable Complete System for Varying Measurement Tasks
As a scalable data logger, the IPE853 covers various measurement tasks in the quality assurance of the complete vehicle. It has a large number of measurement inputs for CAN, LIN, as well as Ethernet and can be extended to handle all kinds of physical quantities and digital bus sizes, providing easy access to different bus protocols and ECU protocols (signal-based as well as via bus traffic measurements) in combination with video and audio data. By switching from CAN to LIN, you can quickly react to changing circumstances, which saves time and makes testing more efficient. Thanks to its plugs that are compatible with all IPElog2 and M-LOG versions, the IPE853 is the ideal upgrade for existing logger systems.
