Reliable RAFFER tests to validate design and processes. For example, valves can be tested under various load conditions and simulated for hundreds of thousands of test cycles with varying ambient temperatures. Thanks to the full automation, several test specimens can be handled at the same time.
In our laboratory, we test climate components with a wide variety of refrigerants, including R134a, R1234yf, R744, and R290 (propane). Our test benches are also perfect for refrigerant mixtures. Upon request, customized refrigerants and new developments can be considered as well.
To test new concepts or recreate abnormalities in field behavior, we tailor our test benches and methods to your needs. Our prototype workshop helps us provide customized solutions for your tests.

Component Development in "Mini Format" with the IPEload
The IPEload is an energy-efficient load unit for mechanical and electric refrigerant compressors. It is ideal for tests such as HTOE/PTCE, durability, or RAFFER lifecycle performance as well as for thermographies to test the heat development on the test specimen and the circuit board. All common automotive refrigerants can be used, including R134a, R1234yf, R744, R290, as well as refrigerant mixtures. Thanks to theseamless connection to our DAQ systems, sensors and signal capacities can be extended flexibly, which is especially important for prototype testing.
