AMA Association is the leading network and representative of the interests of the key industry in technical innovations. AMA is the first contact for sensor and measuring technology and provides a comprehensive overview of sensors, measuring, and testing technology in its detailed industry directory. The Association cultivates an innovation dialog at the leading trade fair SENSOR+TEST, at community stands of major fairs worldwide, and at the science conferences.
The OPEN (One-Pair Ether-Net) Alliance is a non-profit organization of companies from the automotive industry and the technology sector. With its more than 340 members, it encourages wide-scale adoption of Ethernet-based networks as standard in automotive networking applications since such networks are a key element for future developments like autonomous driving and interconnected cars.
The members of the Association for Standardization of Automation and Measuring Systems are primarily car manufacturers as well as suppliers and engineering consultants from the automotive industry. ASAM encourages the establishment of technical standards developed by its member companies in working groups, pursuing the vision that all the tools of a development process chain can be interconnected to allow a seamless exchange of data.
The MirrorLink technology was developed by the CCC (Car Connectivity Consortium), a non-profit organization of car, smartphone, and aftermarket car electronics manufacturers committed to a simple solution of connecting any device to any car. With MirrorLink as standard technology, apps can easily be controlled via the dashboard display.
