By default, the X-System demands exclusive possesion of an interface. This means that no other device can be created besides it on e CAN or ETH. This behaviour can be deactivated: NO_EXCLUSIVE_MODE=1 The installation, uninstallation or modification can run in silent mode by using /s or /silent The setup creates several log files which can be found in the current users windows temp path (e.g. C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Temp) ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Content The following points describe changes, restrictions and bugs in the corresponding versions: V07.08.01 FixedBug: User unable to access thirdparty window with valid CAN FD config on INCA UI. FixedBug: NoValue during the measurement if the data rate is changed for the existing workspace and M3 device. FixedBug: Measurement is working fine with CAN FD config that has M3 + M2 devices. FixedBug: In experiment window measurement isn't resuming after restarting the devices V07.08.00 - CAN FD support for M-THERMO3 - Internal Time Synchronization feature has been improved for X devices. Known restrictions: - Offset adjust only works for the first time for X-Modules (subsequent adjustments will not work) - Adding M3 device manually changes the CAN FD settings to CAN on INCA UI (will be fixed by ETAS for INCA V7.5) - Measurement start is taking more time for M3 device configured as CAN-FD; greater than 2 seconds V07.07.01 FixedBug: During visualization in experiment window of INCA, measurement values do not resume with new values after reconnection of host cable for CAN devices. FixedBug: Measurement data for a channel (other than first) is not getting displayed properly in the experiment window after offset adjust is done during CAN Tunneling. FixedBug: INCA crash occurs when "Configure" button is pressed after a device name change is done. FixedBug: INCA crash occurs when IPEmotion is already open before opening INCA and configuring hardware. V07.07.00 - XPI Files (2.17.60) and Third Party Handler files (12.01.03) integrated. - IPETRONIK CAN-Server (x64) only supported. - Mx Driver 2.14.60 has been integrated. - Boost 1.77 is supported. - License is required to run measurement in INCA addon. - Support for M-THERMO3 16 is added. Known Restrictions: - Please use the minimal firmware version V00.02.50 of the M-THERMO3-16 device ! The use of a M-THERMO3-16 with a firmware version below V00.02.50 will have unexpected behavior. - If an X-module was operated on the logger, the module before use via the INCA Addon must be reset to factory settings to re-enable the PTP driver (synchronization) in the module. - After device name change is done, "Apply" button needs to be pressed before "Configure" button to avoid INCA crash. - IPEmotion needs to be closed before starting INCA to avoid INCA crash. V07.06.00 - Etas ES300 series devices are no longer supported. - ExcludedCanIdFile feature is supported to exclude the used CAN Ids from a CANdb file. - Import/Export of ISF files supported. - Mx-SENS2 4 FAST device is supported. - M-Flow device is supported. Known restrictions: - ETAS BOA EBI Distribution Package (x86) has to be installed manually for detection of can modules. V07.05.01 - FixedBug: Measurement values are not displaying in INCA window with different sampling rate. - FixedBug: Values are not updating in measurement window after restarting the devices. - FixedBug: CAN Hardware is not detecting with BOA v2.28 V07.05.00 - Supports x64 platform for INCA7.3. Known restrictions: - ETAS BOA EBI Distribution Package (x86) has to be installed manually for detection of can modules. - Measurement values are not displayed in INCA window for some channels when using different sampling rates. V07.04.01 Known restrictions: - Flexray-Extender isn't supported with this version - Mx-SENS is reported as Mx-SENS2 8 - If measurement is performed on an IPETRONIK / ETAS node that is child of an OHI CAN HW node, like ES590, ES591 or ES690, no other IPETRONIK / ETAS or IPETRONIK-X node can be in measurement at the same time, and no measurement on any IPETRONIK / ETAS or IPETRONIK-X node that is child of a BOA CAN HW node or of Ethernet-System must have been performed before since INCA has been started the last time. - It is not possible to re-use IPETRONIK-CAN nodes created with older Add-Ons 3 or 4 with current Add-On 07.xx.xx (IPETRONIK / ETAS nodes created with Add-On 05.xx.xx can be re-used) - The devices error state is set if a device with FirmWare <= V04.08.00 is initialised having sensor mode "Thermo element of type E" configured after adding it manually. - SIM-STG: Bridge type is not editable in the channel grid - To make status of sub-device work properly on an IPETRONIK-X or IPETRONIK / ETAS node created with Add-On 05.07.00 or earlier, at least one INCA use case, e.g. opening the configuration dialog, has to be run - When changing the name of a module in Hardware window, selecting the Channels tab directly after editing the name can cause INCA to crash - When performing a device initialization in Add-On configuration dialog after a HW init was already done in INCA main GUI, another HW init has to be done in INCA main GUI after closing the configuration dialog to ensure that the changed configuration is saved in devices permanently - CAN device(s) connect via tunneling system must use 500 kbit/s - Measurement with timestamp checks must occasionally be started twice if several devices are used. V07.04.00 Changed behavior for selecting sensor supply with TEDS sensors. Now always the greatest allowed available supply value is used, that is smaller than or equal to the TEDS nominal value. The hardware filter of X device channels is active by default for all X device types (changes behaviour of Sx-STG and Mx-SENS2 8) Added Support of MultiDAQ Importing sensor excitation is more flexible (if importing a bipolar value on a channel with only unipolar excitations and vice versa). FixedBug: Fixed naming issue, device(s) can have custom names. FixedBug: Added Support of "multi device", like MultiDAQ or M-SENS 24. FixedBug: allow other baudrates then 500 kbits/s for device(s) connect to a CAN interface FixedBug: Fixed DAQ List timing issues. V07.02.00 - Added support of M-TDC - Support manual configuration of CAN resources - Store free 2-point scaling in module (CAN modules only) V07.01.00 - Hardware-Mapping dialog V07.00.02 - Display -FullScale if a module does not send data any more during measurement on an IPETRONIK / ETAS node - Changes in CSV import in configuration dialog: fixed issue if importing a write-protected CSV file or a CSV file with 'Device creation' import mode V07.00.01 Improved compatibility to IPETRONIK-X nodes created with older Add-On versions (05.xx.xx) Improved device detection on IPETRONIK-X nodes V07.00.00 - Added support of ES314.1 and ES322.1 - Perform device initialization when clicking "Initialize Hardware" button - Support status of sub-device - Increased performance on manually adding/removing devices - IPETRONIK X-PlugIn is no longer co-installed - Support of IPElambda modules as optional components - Removed manually configurable signals of X devices. Support automatic configuration of CAN monitoring signals instead by selecting output medium 'Ethernet and CAN'. - Support of parameter "Measuring Point Number". The value has no influence on the data acquisition. - Support sensor mode "Thermo element of type E" for "M-THERMO2 u" devices with FirmWare >= V04.08.00 - Fixed issue with channel names of CAN devices being limited to UTF-8 encoded strings with maximum length of 20 bytes (attention: special characters might be longer than 1 byte!). Now the names are allowed to be 32 bytes long. - Added the save of the High Speed Mode on the Sx-STG device, need firmware >= V02.05.00 V05.07.00 Support Mx-STG2 V05.06.01 Parallel init Performance optimizations on measurement startup V05.06.00 Added support for SIM-STG Added support for CANpressure Display CAN bus load V05.05.03 Modified mechanism to read CAN messages from BOA framework Prevent modules from being configured to baudrates other than 500 kbit/s V05.05.02 Bugfix in accessing ETAS ES595 and ES581.4 Bugfix in switching CAN-IDs on measurement startup for modules being in default state OHI support can be enabled by setup (is disabled by default) Improved measurement on several nodes at the same time V05.05.01 Support ES313.1, ES321.1, ES341.1 V05.05.00 Variable IP address range for X-system Optional measurement mode without device intialization on startup V05.04.01 Support ETAS OHI CAN HW: ES590, ES591, ES690 V05.04.00 Support Mx-SENS2 4 with 100kHz V05.03.00 CAN modules connected via CAN HW supported by ETAS BOA interface V05.02.00 CAN tunneling V05.01.00 Offset adjust dialog License management V05.00.00 First internal version
