What still seemed unimaginable some weeks ago is now holding the reins: The unprecedented pandemic presents us all with great challenges. At IPETRONIK, we are well aware of the situation and meet the challenges with responsibility, calm, and foresight.

The safety and health of everyone is our top priority! We protect our employees, customers, suppliers, and contractors with various measures. However, we want to minimize the negative effects on all of you.

Therefore, we have adapted to the situation and planned ahead to ensure 100 % availability. What does that mean for you and us? We will try to answer all of your questions regarding the current situation in the following and continuously update the FAQ list.

FAQs

Which measures has IPETRONIK taken to protect the employees?

Most of our employees are already working from home. Moreover, we have taken precautions against infection risks several weeks ago. Employees that must be on site, e.g. in production and shipping, are optimally protected. All of our internal hygiene measures comply with the regulations of the public health authorities and are strictly adhered to. Face-to-face contact with our suppliers and contractors is avoided or reduced to a minimum.

Are there customer meetings at present?

No, there are not. We have given up face-to-face meetings for the time being to reduce infection risks and do our share to contain this pandemic.

Can I still reach IPETRONIK?

Yes, of course. Nearly all of our employees are here for you at any time. Thanks to modern electronic communication tools, you can reach our project and sales teams quickly, flexibly, and safely. In addition to phone and e-mail, we are available via Skype, Teams, or TeamViewer.

Are we still working?

Yes, we are. Despite the current situation, our teams in development, sales, and logistics are working without major problems or interruptions. They ensure your usual support and the scheduled completion of current projects.

Will there be a temporary shutdown?

Like many of you, we are closing from April 9 to 17, 2020. What does that mean for you? Our service and emergency assistance will be available at any time. Our sales team and administration will return on April 20. Your orders will be shipped in coordination with you.
