High Voltage Iso DAQ for Electric and Hybrid System Testing

The automotive world is currently going through major changes! New drive concepts of electric and hybrid vehicles require electrical energy storage with very high voltages.

Particular attention must be paid to these new technologies. They require intensive testing for suitability and safety before getting into series production. Different technical staff has to operate on high voltage systems during extensive development and testing periods. This means high demands for safety and efficiency regarding to the data acquisition equipment.

IPETRONIK's High Voltage Iso DAQ guarantees safety and efficiency in data acquisition of electric and hybrid drives. The module series passed an
IEC 61010 certification. Each unit, equipped with four isolation amplifiers, supports voltage measurement up to 1.000 V DC. In case of an possible error, current flow is limitted to a level below the hazard area. This fact offers maximum user protection. High Voltage Iso DAQ outputs all acquired signals continuously to the CAN bus (High Speed according to ISO 11898-2).
