IPETRONIK's team of specialists at the Technical Center in Baden-Baden, Germany, perform individual measurement projects in customer vehicles. The complete data acquisition system installed in the vehicle works independently and transfers measured data to the IPETRONIK data server using UMTS/3G or WLAN. At this point, an automatic graphical analysis of measurement data is made, which can be sent to the customer by e-mail at times specified (e.g. daily).
Online classification is now available in all editions. Different classifications allow statistic evaluation of measured data.

IPEspeed, the new GPS data receiver introduced by IPETRONIK's hardware development division IPEmeasure, has been designed for mobile measurement applications in the field of development, testing and quality management.
With the new release, users can now activate IPETRONIK’s DAQ software much easier. Licenses can now be activated online.
The license key is copied into the IPEmotion – Licensing dialog field and the online activation is performed by click. IPEmotion and IPETRONIK’s website now automatically exchange registration and activation key.
This kind of activation is quick, safe and simple. It is performed using a PC connected with the IPETRONIK website via internet. If no internet connection is available, manual license activation is the other option.
Our Team of engineers and technicians at IPETRONIK’s Technical Center in Baden-Baden, Germany, use infrared temperature sensors to control tire temperatures. The sensors are installed in the vehicle’s wheel-well liners. An M-SENS 4 captures the infrared sensor’s analog output signals, while an M-POWER2 module distributes and monitors the supply voltage.

FlexRay is an essential component in many higher end electronic chassis and driver assistance systems. This bus system is characterized by a significantly higher band width of 10 MBit/s, as compared to the CAN bus, and a deterministic and time-controlled transfer characteristic.
Router channels serve to forward signals (routing) from an input source (PlugIn) to respective output signals of a different PlugIn.

IPETRONIK has announced the recent expansion of its successful M-Series measurement modules to include a four-channel RTD (Platinum Pt100) version, the M-RTD2.
Design of the M-RTD2 features four galvanically isolated measuring inputs, allowing for high-reliability performance over an signal temperature range of -50 °C to +450 °C (-58 °F to +842 °F), achieved via simple 4-wire connection of the platinum probes (Pt100). Each input channel can be activated and configured separately. M-RTD2 provides channel sampling rates from one sample per minute, up to 100 Hz.

The wireless module is bulit-in a compact and rugged enclosure. IPEwifi provides an extended range for the operating temperature and the supply voltage as well. This makes the module best suited for testdrive applications which use WiFi access points for data transfer. A single data / power cable connects the module with the logger system. The rising demands for engineering services, test bench solutions and environmental simulation systems provided by IPETRONIK, has caused a need for larger premises. The national and international test bench experts from IPETRONIK reacted to the positive business development and created room for further expansion by moving to a new facility.
The rising demand for project planning and test bench solutions for Thermal management provided by IPETRONIK requires more space. Approximately one and a half year after the founding of the youngest IPETRONIK business division we already ran out of space.
